Laundry Service seeks an Account Manager to guide the social footprints of our best-in-class client base. This is the perfect role for someone inherently, naturally, gloriously social, both online and off. You feel in your bones what’s on-brand for your clients and you can efficiently and effortlessly direct a team to deliver the right stuff, every time.

Your day-to-day work will be strategic in nature, developing initiatives and providing analytical, practical solutions to client issues. You will deepen the client relationship and grow their global business in a meaningful way. You will devise engagement strategies, approve content, manage scopes, deliverables, campaigns, oversee reporting and resource allocation to ensure that all parties stay true to the strategic vision and voice across all channels 24/7, 365.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in digital account management with experience specifically in social
  • Lives and breathes social media inside and outside the office
  • Passion for sports (football) a huge plus
  • Experience implementing social media, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Able to interpret paid social, analytics and strategy in order to translate metrics into insights
  • A natural instinct for implementing audience segmentation, retention, and loyalty strategies
  • Natural leadership abilities – knows when to take charge and when to delegate
  • Alarmingly smooth communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic
  • A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape
  • A deep understanding of relevant social ad operations and optimization
  • Uncanny attention to detail
  • Rock star presentation skills
