This is an exciting opportunity to craft a brand identity for a new player in the energy sports drink market. The goal is to excite, incite and engage an audience that seen too much of ‘the same’ and wants something new. And something more. You will be able to create a brand presence on digital, social and physical channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to ideate, art direct and design integrated advertising campaigns. A keen eye for modern aesthetics that marry dynamic design along with a sense of sport and product photography along with its variety of techniques is needed.
- 3+ years of agency-side experience working on fully integrated advertising campaigns
- The ability to collaborate across internal teams and clients
- A knack for picking up brands’ visual identities, understanding why they work and switching between them quickly
- Familiarity with Photoshop and all relevant image manipulation tools and apps
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
- Strong ability to concept multiple ideas quickly for 360 campaigns
- Solid design chops
- A keen eye for what works and the communication skills to explain why
