We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to create a cutting-edge social media path for one of its top, big-name clients in the Hispanic market. This role is ideal for a leader and creative thinker that thinks big-picture and dreams about how to evolve the organic conversations on social platforms. If you’re passionate about culture, identifying new social trends, initiatives, and creative direction, this is the right job for you.

Your day to day will include generating original concepts and designs, overseeing multiple projects through execution, and inspiring a growing team who is firmly committed to only producing the highest quality content at all times. You will provide proposals and creative strategies for photography, design, copy and social activations that take the brand to the next level. You will conduct ongoing brand research on current social success stories in the Hispanic market.

  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring junior creative

  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac
  • MUST HAVE relevant years experience providing creative and strategic brand direction within the hispanic market
